Job Summary
The Business Development Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the business development team through a variety of tasks focused on maintaining data integrity, identifying growth opportunities, and enhancing overall business development operations.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Maintenance
- You ensure the CRM system is up-to-date, accurate, and effectively supports decision-making processes across the organization.
- Lead Identification
- You conduct research and analysis to uncover new business opportunities via tools and oversight, provide actionable insights to the sales and business development teams.
- Support of BD Associates
- You provide comprehensive support to Business Development team members, aiding in client interactions, follow-ups on leads, and the preparation of sales presentations.
Requirements
- You have successfully completed a Master's degree in any area (scientific, medical, linguistic, economics, technical study subject).
- You have an excellent command of written and spoken German and English.
- You are open to further training opportunities in AMG / ICH GCP, MPDG / ISO 14155, and GAMP 5.
- You are willing to work in an alternating home office environment.
