The Senior Director, Global Category Leader External Manufacturing, will be responsible for leading a team of sourcing professionals and developing end-to-end category leadership strategies for Johnson & Johnson's External Manufacturing supply chain.

This role requires a deep understanding of industry/market dynamics, procurement excellence, and supplier management. The selected candidate will identify, develop, and direct the implementation of J&J Innovative Medicine's goals and category strategies.

Key responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, developing category strategies, managing key supplier relationships, and driving innovation through collaboration with business partners.

This role reports to the VP Innovative Medicine Supply Chain Procurement and may require up to 20% domestic and international travel.
