Job Summary

Luminary Group is seeking an exceptional Lead Biostatistician to join our team. This role will lead the development and implementation of statistical strategies for analyzing complex real-world evidence (RWE) datasets in the healthcare industry.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement statistical methodologies for analyzing RWE datasets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand study objectives and design appropriate statistical analyses.
  • Perform advanced statistical modeling, including regression, survival analysis, and Bayesian methods.
  • Communicate statistical findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in biostatistics and RWE.
Requirements
  • PhD in biostatistics or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in biostatistics, with a focus on RWE and the healthcare industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and expertise in statistical methodologies.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software, such as SAS, R, or Python.
  • Experience with real-world data sources and healthcare databases.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Publication record in peer-reviewed journals.
  • Active participation in relevant scientific communities.
