Luminary Group is seeking an exceptional Lead Biostatistician to join our team. This role will lead the development and implementation of statistical strategies for analyzing complex real-world evidence (RWE) datasets in the healthcare industry.

Salary & BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement statistical methodologies for analyzing RWE datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand study objectives and design appropriate statistical analyses.
- Perform advanced statistical modeling, including regression, survival analysis, and Bayesian methods.
- Communicate statistical findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in biostatistics and RWE.
- PhD in biostatistics or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in biostatistics, with a focus on RWE and the healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership skills and expertise in statistical methodologies.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software, such as SAS, R, or Python.
- Experience with real-world data sources and healthcare databases.
- Publication record in peer-reviewed journals.
- Active participation in relevant scientific communities.
