Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement innovative research strategies and projects that align with the company's strategic business goals.
  2. Foster a collaborative environment that drives creativity and high performance, leading to outstanding results.
  3. Manage a team of talented researchers and engineers, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure they reach their full potential.
  4. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
  5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications:

  1. A proven track record as an R&D Director or in a similar leadership role, demonstrating expertise in research and development within a technical or scientific domain.
  2. Experience managing a team of Engineers, with a strong background in research and development.
  3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking, with strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  4. Able to speak English and French fluently, with the ability to be based in Neuchâtel, Switzerland.
