Private Equity Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Private Equity Administrator to join our team as a Portfolio Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for private equity and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Transaction Processing and Monitoring: Execute and monitor private equity transactions, including capital calls, distributions, and fund investments.
- Liaise with investment teams to ensure accurate and timely settlement of transactions.
- Maintain and update investment records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Portfolio Management: Assist in the preparation and review of portfolio performance reports.
- Coordinate with the front office to gather necessary information for ongoing portfolio analysis.
- Ensure that portfolio data is accurately reflected in internal systems and external reports.
- Valuation and Reconciliation: Work closely with the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate valuation of private equity holdings.
- Conduct regular reconciliation of portfolios with fund administrators and custodians.
- Review and validate financial statements and capital account balances from general partners.
- Investor Relations Support: Provide support to the investor relations team by preparing reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Manage communication with limited partners (LPs) regarding capital calls, distributions, and other fund-related activities.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of risk management processes specific to private equity investments.
- Monitor and report on regulatory changes that could impact private equity operations.
We are looking for a highly organized and analytical individual with 5-7 years of experience in middle office, fund administration, or private equity operations.
You will have a strong understanding of private equity structures, transactions, and reporting, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Salary Range:The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
