Middleware Solutions Architect

We are seeking a skilled Middleware Engineer to join our e-banking team at Trust In SODA. As a Middleware Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and optimization of our middleware services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with developers to integrate applications and optimize performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to build and maintain Kafka-based services.
  • Design and implement additional middleware solutions for messaging, file transfers, and calls.
  • Drive automation efforts to streamline repetitive tasks.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading Swiss financial institution and contribute to the development of innovative middleware solutions.

Requirements:
  • Relevant vocational training or professional experience in IT.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Kafka, preferably Red Hat Streams for Apache Kafka on OpenShift.
  • Strong programming skills in Java or Python with a solid grasp of complex systems.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Fluent in German (written and spoken).
