">About the Role
">This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Bern. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and implementing retail loss prevention measures.
The role involves effective communication with team members and customers to create a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
">- Manage daily store operations, ensuring seamless customer service and efficient inventory management.
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
- Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and maximize profitability.
- Foster strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders to promote a positive store image.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Previous experience in fashion retail is a plus.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.
- Proficiency in English and local language preferred.
