Postdoctoral Research Scientist Vacancy

You will be a key member of our team, working closely with a pharmaceutical company committed to discovering and developing life-changing treatments. As a clinical research associate, you will contribute to the success of our organization by setting up and monitoring studies, preparing regulatory submissions, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Working in this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in clinical research. You will be responsible for:

  • Independent work to set up and monitor studies, complete reports, and maintain documentation.
  • Submission of protocol and consent documents for ethics/IRB approval, as well as preparation of regulatory submissions.
  • Taking ownership of study cost efficiency and ensuring high-quality study documentation.
  • Possibility of assisting in training and mentoring other CRAs.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of monitoring experience in phase I-III trials as a CRA.
  • Degree in medicine, science, or equivalent.
  • Previous monitoring experience in medium-sized studies, including study start-up and close-out.
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and ability to review and evaluate medical data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in German and French or Italian.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Availability to travel at least 60% of the time (international and domestic) and possession of a valid driving license.
