SCHOTT, un leader dans le domaine des produits et solutions optiques, est à la recherche d'un Ingénieur Process passionné pour améliorer la qualité, la productivité et l'efficience dans notre usine.

Vos responsabilités

  • Travaillez étroitement avec les équipes de production pour atteindre les objectifs d'amélioration et développer les processus de production;
  • Évaluez les capacités des équipements et identifiez les améliorations nécessaires pour soutenir les équipes de production;
  • Appliquez les techniques du Lean Manufacturing et 6Sigma pour améliorer continuellement les processus et implémenter de nouveaux standards;
  • Créez des instructions de travail pour les opérations de production en utilisant la méthode TWI;
  • Collaborez avec les autres départements pour soutenir les besoins spécifiques des clients;
  • En tant qu'expert en processus techniques, réalisez des études de faisabilité pour des produits spécifiques ou sur mesure et conduisez des projets Six Sigma complets dans le cadre de notre programme d'amélioration continue.

Vos qualifications

  • Diplôme d'Ingénieur en mécanique, physique ou titre jugé équivalent;
  • Expérience dans la gestion de projets industriels opérationnels et dans l'industrialisation de nouveaux produits;
  • Expérience significative dans la conception ou l'amélioration de processus de production;
  • Une formation complémentaire Lean 6Sigma serait un plus.
