We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Project Manager to join our team at Fabasoft. In this role, you will be responsible for managing IT projects and ensuring successful implementation of digital solutions for our clients.

About the Role

As a Digital Transformation Project Manager, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions. Your expertise in project management, information science, and data management will enable you to lead customer projects from inception to delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing IT projects and coordinating with development teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery;
  • Analyzing customer needs and developing customized solutions to meet their business objectives;
  • Creating project plans, resource allocations, and risk assessments to mitigate potential issues;
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including customers, developers, and other internal teams;
  • Evaluating project performance and making adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
About You

To be successful in this role, you should possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of digital transformation concepts. Ideally, you will have experience working with agile methodologies and familiarize yourself with tools like Jira and Confluence.

A university degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field is preferred, but not essential. We value candidates who can demonstrate a high level of initiative, independence, and analytical thinking.

This is a full-time position based in Bern, Switzerland. You will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth.
