Your Role:

In this key position, you will be responsible for managing our securities settlement product, ensuring its alignment with business objectives and market trends. Your primary goal will be to develop a comprehensive product vision and roadmap that drives growth and profitability.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication. Your expertise in securities settlement and related regulations will be invaluable in shaping our product strategy.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop a product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives
  • Establish effective communication channels between business stakeholders and the product team
  • Foster a positive product team dynamic while maximizing ROI and end-user satisfaction
  • Maintain and prioritize the backlog to ensure product stability and sustainability
  • Create sprint goals, actionable epics, and user stories based on requirements
  • Participate in project estimation and cost management
  • Ensure high product quality through test strategy definition, execution, and automation
  • Provide third-level support and incident management

Your Profile:

We are seeking an experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant field, preferably with a Master's degree. Your background in securities settlement and knowledge of related regulations are essential. Proven experience as a product owner or similar role, coupled with proficiency in project management software and tools, will give you a competitive edge.

A strong understanding of SQL language, REST protocols, and communication buses like Kafka will also be beneficial. Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders with diverse backgrounds is crucial. Agile certifications, such as CSPO or SAFe, are desirable. Fluency in French and English is required, and the ability to break down complex problems into simpler ones and prioritize them based on ROI is essential.
