About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing finance and ESG solutions for multinational organizations. They will lead project teams to develop creative solutions for financial and non-financial performance management, and build strong relationships with clients and technology providers such as Workiva, CCH Tagetik, OneStream, Anaplan and Board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement finance and ESG solutions for clients
  • Lead project teams to design processes and workflows for planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, reporting and analytics
  • Manage experienced project teams to implement solutions for financial and non-financial (ESG/CSRD) reporting
  • Build and maintain relationships with key technology providers
  • Drive business development through targeted go-to-market activities
  • Coach others and build team capabilities in finance and ESG performance management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in economics or (business) informatics, or similar degree
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in consulting, ideally in finance and EPG, or have worked on designing and implementing finance/EPM/ESG solutions in a multinational organization
  • Knowledge about FP&A/Controlling/EPM and ESG reporting processes is an advantage for this position
  • A great interest in technology, finance & ESG processes and the development of creative solutions
  • Fluent in English; German and/or French language capabilities considered a significant plus

Salary

We estimate the salary for this role to be around €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
