Flow Cytometry Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Flow Cytometry Analyst to join our team at CHG Labcorp Central Laboratory Services S.à r.l. As a key member of our Flow Cytometry Data Analysis Unit, you will be responsible for performing clinical laboratory flow cytometry analysis accurately and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Perform assigned clinical laboratory flow cytometry analysis accurately and in a timely manner, resolving pendings and documenting specimen discrepancies.
- Ensure the validity of test results through the performance of established quality assurance and quality control procedures, including the performance of experiments for evaluation of new Calibrator and/or QC lots.
- Result Entry (Auto-verification and manual entry), including peer review and documentation of test results, and generation of an appropriate audit trail for all activities.
- Comply with regulatory guidelines and Covance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at all times.
- Training and development, including maintaining a complete up-to-date training file, ensuring competency testing documentation is provided to management for review/retention, and assisting in training new employees.
- Partner with internal customers and external clients to provide accurate verbal or written responses to internal QA and client audit findings, and to research and respond to internal customer inquiries regarding status of test results, retrieval of samples for testing/storage, and other needs.
- Medical Technologist (CFC holder) OR Pharmaceutical Biology Technologist (CFC holder) OR Medical Technologist (Swiss State School of Medical Technologist Degree holder) OR Medical Technologist (BTS, DUT, IUT Degree holder) OR Foreign Medical Technologist Degree holder with equivalency statement from Swiss Red Cross.
- Relevant experience in Flow Cytometry with an emphasis on data analysis.
- Familiarity with either FCSExpress, WinList, FlowJo etc.
- Intermediate to fluent level in French and English required.
