Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Assistant to join our Remediation Support team in Global Wealth Management. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of banking experience and expertise knowledge of CS internal tools.

The Front Office Assistant will be responsible for analyzing remediation items, documenting client structures, capturing client data, and coordinating with Client Advisors and clients. This is a full-time office role that requires a high level of flexibility and responsibility.

The successful candidate will have a customer-oriented attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to cope with pressure. If you have a can-do mentality and enjoy collaborating with front colleagues and other internal stakeholders, we encourage you to apply.

  1. Analyze various remediation items related to client migration preparation.
  2. Document client structures (legal entities & individuals) and reflect these in client systems and documents according to internal and external regulations and policies.
  3. Capture client data in internal systems.
  4. Coordinate with Client Advisors, Client Account Managers, and clients to gather information needed.

In this role, you will work closely with the Remediation Support team to ensure relationship readiness for upcoming client migration.
