About the Role

As a Senior Solution Consultant at FNZ Group, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our clients' businesses. With a strong background in private banking and wealth management, you will bring a unique perspective to our team, helping us to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement bespoke solutions that meet the specific needs of each client. This may involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored solutions, as well as providing guidance and support to more junior members of the team.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a delivery/consulting environment in the financial services/wealth Management market.
  • Leadership experience in a consulting, analysis or architecture environment.
  • Expertise in payments, financial messages, financial markets/treasury, on accounting and regulatory reporting.
  • An understanding of the regulatory environment FNZ operates within and a knowledge of the upcoming changes.
