Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Switzerland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing our digital media channels, including paid and owned social media, Google Ads, and other online platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
- Manage and optimize our digital media campaigns across various channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure alignment and effective campaign execution.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing data-driven recommendations.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A university degree in Business Administration, e-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, specializing in social media.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, and other social ad managers.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
