Job Title: Senior Automation Engineer F/M/X

We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to lead internal automation projects for buildings, production, and infrastructure facilities. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical background in various automation systems, project management experience, and the ability to work hands-on with systems like DeltaV, Simatic, and SCADA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage automation projects related to building infrastructure, production, and facilities.
  • Develop and implement control and visualization systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate external resources to maintain and optimize electrical and automation systems.
  • Create and optimize DeltaV recipes, including programming and commissioning activities.
  • Troubleshoot automation systems and provide on-site support to resolve issues.
  • Maintain and improve the alarm management system to ensure optimal performance.
  • Mentor and train junior automation engineers to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.

Your Profile:

  • You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
  • You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in automation, with a strong focus on DeltaV, SCADA, and IEC61131 control systems.
  • You possess project management expertise and can effectively coordinate both internal teams and external resources.
  • You have hands-on experience with DeltaV, Simatic S5/S7, and SIS programming.
  • You are knowledgeable in EMSRT hardware, and SAP or Comos skills are an advantage.
  • You have excellent problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, and attention to detail.
  • You are fluent in German, with proficiency in English being an added benefit.
