Key Objectives- Lead teams of experts to set priorities, recommend improvements, and resolve unique challenges in Active Ingredient Management.
- Establish and execute a research and development strategy to address pipeline gaps globally.
- Collaborate with regional teams to assess the Syngenta Rice pipeline and develop successful licensing strategies.
- Evaluate 3rd party license-in opportunities with the R&D Technology acquisition team.
- Develop and present business cases for portfolio-related investments to governing bodies.
- Prepare comprehensive 5-year plans, aligned with regional goals, including risk assessments and opportunities.
- Create and maintain branding and brand plans for strategic products in the portfolio.
- Support global product launches and facilitate knowledge sharing across regions.
