Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and innovative professional to lead our Emerging Technologies team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and projects that leverage cutting-edge technologies to enhance our business.

Your primary focus will be on advancing our Carbon Capture and permanent storage of CO2 efforts, while also analyzing market trends and cultivating external networks to boost our innovation and project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas, create action plans, and drive projects from concept to completion
  • Analyze market trends and assess state-of-the-art tools to inform strategic decisions
  • Cultivate external networks and partnerships to enhance our reputation and stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies
Requirements
  • Master's degree in business administration, innovation management, or a related field
  • Engineering background in natural sciences is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in innovation-facing roles or scientific project management
  • Passion for innovation and a keen sense for promising entrepreneurial ventures
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and German
