Job DescriptionThis exciting opportunity involves developing and refining advanced models and simulations to drive innovation in vehicle dynamics systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Multibody Simulation (MBS) software and tools, as well as numerical methods and mathematical modeling.
- Model Development: Create and refine MBS models using specialized software tools to simulate complex systems accurately.
- Data-driven Insights: Leverage data analysis to drive simulations that provide in-depth insights into system performance, enabling us to predict outcomes and optimize designs.
- Simulation Execution: Run complex simulations using high-performance computing clusters and apply appropriate algorithms and numerical methods for efficient problem-solving.
- Innovation and Optimization: Continuously seek ways to improve simulation models and methodologies, staying ahead in the industry and maintaining our competitive edge.
- Validation and Verification: Rigorously validate simulation results against real-world data, ensuring that our models are reliable and predictive.
The selected candidate will also have opportunities to develop bespoke tools and scripts to enhance simulation capabilities and automate complex tasks.
Requirements- Masters in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Automotive Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in vehicle dynamics.
- In-depth knowledge of MBS software (e.g., Simpack, ADAMS) and tools (e.g., FEA, Simulink).
- Strong proficiency in numerical methods, mathematical modeling, and computational techniques.
- Extensive experience in the rail industry, with a deep understanding of railway regulations and standards.

Estimated Salary$120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
