The Eli Lilly Export S.A. Quality Management Power User/Data Steward within SAP is responsible for managing interactions between commercial, supply chain, external manufacturing organizations, and Global Logistics to ensure GMP/GDP compliance in supply chain activities.

Quality Management Professional

This role supports quality assurance activities for Geneva-based trading companies to meet GMP/GDP expectations and comply with regulations and corporate requirements.

The Associate - Quality Assurance (QA) will be part of the Eli Lilly Export Quality Team and will utilize technical skills and scientific knowledge to resolve complex problems through quality assessments, data analysis, and integration.

  1. Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP expectations, regulations, and corporate requirements.
  2. Support the maintenance of the Lilly Quality Management System (QMS).
  3. Manage interactions between commercial, supply chain, external manufacturing organizations, and Global Logistics to ensure GMP/GDP compliance in supply chain activities.
  4. Provide guidance and assistance in resolving quality issues in collaboration with other corporate functions.
  5. Train Lilly newcomers of roles with GxP impact on Lilly QMS, including local procedures, and job aids.
  6. Serve as the Eli Lilly Export S.A. Quality Management Power User/Data Steward within SAP.
  7. Support the Change Control and Deviation Management System.
  8. Manage projects within the quality scope, ensuring successful implementation and integration.

Languages:

Proficiency in English and French is mandatory; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
