About Aiglon College

Aiglon College, a leading international boarding school in Switzerland, is seeking a highly skilled Risk & Compliance Coordinator to join its team.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of risk and compliance within the college, including:

  • Developing and implementing risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats;
  • Conducting regular audits and assessments to identify areas of improvement;
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Providing guidance and support to staff on risk management and compliance procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as law or business administration;
  • Proven experience in risk management and compliance;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
