Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team at the GRACE LA MARGNA ST MORITZ, a 5*-superior boutique hotel opening in one of the world's most prestigious alpine resorts.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of maintenance and upkeep in our luxurious hotel environment. Your duties will include:

• Maintaining exceptional standards of hotel maintenance and staff houses
• Ensuring outstanding maintenance across all areas of the hotel
• Acting as a maintenance duty manager during daily operations
• Coordinating annual maintenance works

To succeed in this role, you will possess a strong interest in hospitality and a passion for delivering exceptional results. Your key qualities include:

• A proactive and accurate approach
• Able to take ownership and responsibility in any operational process
• Familiarity with luxury hotel environments and high standards of maintenance
