We are seeking a Swiss Public Affairs Advisor to join our Geneva-based team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in management consulting, specifically in the public sector.

The role involves working as part of a project team under the supervision of a manager, supporting the team with expertise in the public sector, and conducting impactful quantitative and qualitative analysis, document preparation, research, and project management.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in political science, economics, or similar fields
  • At least two years of experience in management consulting with a track record of public sector projects
  • Native or fluent French language skills, business-level English (written and spoken), German is beneficial
  • Hermes certification is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills to convey findings and value to clients
