Senior Tax Strategist

As a Senior Tax Strategist at Phoenix Search & Consulting, you will be responsible for ensuring overall corporate tax compliance. You will act as the key point of contact for all corporate tax matters, offering technical expertise and guidance on complex tax issues. Collaboration with local Finance/Tax teams is essential to ensure proper arrangements exist with local tax authorities.
Transfer Pricing Expertise:
Collaborate with external consultants to prepare, review, and update transfer pricing documentation and local files for the Group. Ensure prices for services between groups are tax effective and compliant.
Tax Risk Management:
Identify tax risks regarding regulatory and international tax regimes and implement effective solutions. Assist in internal tax/transfer pricing risk assessments and design policies as needed.
Tax Accounting and Audit:
Assist Finance in tax reporting matters, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Manage and oversee country-specific tax issues, including tax audits and liaison with finance and audit teams.
Additional Responsibilities:
Assist with ad hoc financial advisory and project work, ensuring timely delivery of requests.
