In this role, you will contribute to team management, solution development, and transformation as part of the Order to Cash solution tower. Your expertise will help drive entity-wide transformation programs, including Target Operating Model design, process re-design, and technology architecture implementation.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive entity-wide transformation programs, including Target Operating Model design, process re-design, and technology architecture implementation.
  2. Foster client relationships, propose innovative solutions based on market trends, and support team development through training and mentorship.
  3. Contribute to team management, solution development, and transformation as part of the Order to Cash solution tower.
  4. Simplify and standardize global processes within client organizations by focusing on the Order to Cash stream and eliminating low-value work.
  5. Collaborate with the Business Consulting Technology team as an Order to Cash SME, providing functional requirements and solution design inputs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Studies in economics, finance, or a comparable field.
  2. At least 10 years of relevant work experience, including 5 years of consulting experience in a fellow Big 4 company.
  3. Minimum 5 years of Order to Cash experience in consulting, GBS/BPO operations, or process expert roles.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and rigorous working methods.
  5. High motivation, objective-driven mindset, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  6. Experience in sales activities, such as proposal creation/business development, and understanding of business metrics.
  7. Empathetic personality, excellent team leadership skills, and enjoyment of working in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  8. Excellent communication skills in English and German are mandatory; further languages are a plus.
  9. Willingness to travel.
