Key Responsibilities

  • Support the daily kitchen operations, ensuring seamless execution of menu items and exceptional guest experiences.

  • Develop and implement innovative menu ideas, staying up-to-date with culinary trends and industry developments.

  • Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a 5-star hotel kitchen, with a strong background in culinary arts.
  • Fluency in French, English, or Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in HACCP standards and Marriott International's culinary protocols.
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Genuine interest in taste, sound, body, scene, and stance realms, with a desire to continuously improve and innovate.
