Packaging Development Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in Fehraltorf as a Project Manager for Thermoformed Blister Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing customer relationships and ensuring timely delivery of packaging solutions from the initial quote phase to production.
  • Providing technical and administrative support to customers throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Planning and executing process validations, operations, or performance qualifications for thermoformed or sealed products.
  • Developing and implementing innovative solutions in their assigned areas of expertise.
  • Collaborating with production and quality teams to optimize processes, resolve customer complaints, and address other requests.
  • Supporting the development of our quality management system, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
Requirements:
  • Higher education in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or plastics technology.
  • Proven experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent German and English language skills (minimum B2 level in writing and speaking).
