Job Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, diversity, and inclusivity. As an Office Administrator and Community Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining a productive and welcoming office environment while fostering connections with the surrounding community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a well-organized and efficient workspace, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
  • Onboard new employees, providing them with a seamless transition into the office environment.
  • Coordinate vendor services, manage the office budget, and implement policies and procedures for a healthy and safe working environment.
  • Support the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) assistants and Board Office with conference and meeting services.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive office culture by planning team-building activities, wellness initiatives, and company celebrations.
Requirements:
  • Vocational training as Project and/or Event Manager.
  • Fluency in both German and English (oral and written).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, independent work style, and excellent communication skills.
  • A friendly, approachable attitude, and a strong customer service focus.
  • Adaptability, networking skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Responsibility, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for fostering a collaborative and productive office culture.
What We Offer

At Sandoz, we offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
