Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Lombard Expert to join our Private Banking team at Grand Hotel Les Trois Rois. As a Senior Credit Officer Lombard, you will be responsible for managing Lombard credits and structured credit transactions, providing advisory services to Relationship Managers, and supporting the sales organization in structuring credit proposals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement effective credit risk management strategies to minimize potential losses and maximize returns
2. Collaborate with Private Banking teams and key stakeholders to identify and structure new credit opportunities
3. Analyze credit proposals and provide recommendations for approval or rejection
4. Maintain accurate records of credit reviews, limit requests, and portfolio overviews
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and implement best practices in credit risk management
6. This role requires strong analytical and technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

About the Ideal Candidate

• Higher education in Banking, Business, or Finance; additional education in the Credit area is a plus
• 10+ years of experience in Lombard credit, credit risk, Lombard structuring, or Lombard advisory, preferably in a private bank
• Strong analytical and technical skills combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills
