Job Description:

We offer comprehensive solutions for aircraft engine, airframe, and component maintenance, sales, and support to over 500 customers globally. As a Customer Support Engineer for New Engines, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. Your key tasks include:
  • Supporting problem-solving activities and initiatives
  • Preparing and defining engine work scopes in accordance with customer requirements, SR Technics' technical standards, and contractual obligations
  • Optimizing work scopes for performance, reliability, shop visit costs, and turnaround time
  • Providing technical customer support during engine shop visits
  • Defining and improving technical standards and maintenance concepts for various engine types, including the PW1100G-JM, LEAP, CFM56, and PW4000
  • Preparation of reliability analysis reports and continuous improvement of the Engine Maintenance Program
  • Executing damage event investigations and issuing investigation reports
  • Assisting with technical support for engine maintenance and piece-part repairs
  • Collaborating with OEMs and vendors to enhance reparability and reliability of engine parts and components
  • Supporting commercial product management regarding contractual issues, removal plans, and work scoping, including LLP (Life Limited Parts) management
  • Attending and participating in technical customer coordination meetings

Your Profile:
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong foundation in engineering or a related field, such as an ETH, BSc, FH, or HF degree. Additionally, you should have relevant experience in the aviation engine MRO industry. Proficiency in English (level B2) and German language (level B2) is highly desirable.
