We are seeking a skilled UAV Maintenance Professional to join our team in Switzerland. This role will involve:

  • Operating our proprietary drone technology at customer locations or test sites
  • Supporting root-cause analyses for any potential failures or issues
  • Ensuring timely responses to problems reported by customers or during flight operations
  • Monitoring the airworthiness status of all active aircraft
  • Performing daily and weekly inspections of drones and related equipment
  • Completing on-site UAV testing and managing autonomous flight operations
  • Communicating directly with customers, Air Traffic Control, and other stakeholders
  • Being flexible with shift hours
  • Being exposed to diverse weather conditions while handling operational equipment
  • Monitoring airspace for air traffic

Requirements

  • Experience following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
  • A strong problem solver with the ability to think critically and respond to challenges
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative atmosphere
  • Fluent in English with a proficiency level of C1 or higher
  • Fluent in German with a proficiency level of C1 or higher
  • A valid work permit for Switzerland
  • Willingness to travel to various locations for drone operations and projects
