We are seeking a skilled UAV Maintenance Professional to join our team in Switzerland. This role will involve:
- Operating our proprietary drone technology at customer locations or test sites
- Supporting root-cause analyses for any potential failures or issues
- Ensuring timely responses to problems reported by customers or during flight operations
- Monitoring the airworthiness status of all active aircraft
- Performing daily and weekly inspections of drones and related equipment
- Completing on-site UAV testing and managing autonomous flight operations
- Communicating directly with customers, Air Traffic Control, and other stakeholders
- Being flexible with shift hours
- Being exposed to diverse weather conditions while handling operational equipment
- Monitoring airspace for air traffic
Requirements
- Experience following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
- A strong problem solver with the ability to think critically and respond to challenges
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative atmosphere
- Fluent in English with a proficiency level of C1 or higher
- Fluent in German with a proficiency level of C1 or higher
- A valid work permit for Switzerland
- Willingness to travel to various locations for drone operations and projects
