The Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to lead its digital HR transformation journey. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring seamless integration with other corporate systems.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to develop and enhance HR data capabilities, strengthen reporting and analytics, and support strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in data analysis and visualization, as well as a strong understanding of HR technology and digital transformation.
Missions and Responsibilities:
- Deploy a next-generation HRIS, integrating it with other corporate systems and ensuring data migration and data integrity
- Develop and enhance HR data capabilities, strengthening reporting and analytics for better decision-making
- Collaborate within HR and with business leaders to develop dashboards and analytics, providing insights to support strategic decision-making and enabling business units to build customized data analytics tools
- Participate in data-led processes (budget, forecasting, salary review, workforce planning...)
Qualifications:
- University degree in IT, HR or related field
- 7+ years in HRIS, HR technology, or digital transformation
- Fluent in English and conversational in French
- Advanced skills in data analysis & data visualization (Power BI, Tableau)
