Job Description

As a Premier Account Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a variety of customer accounts in the aerospace and energy sectors.

Your primary goal will be to deliver world-class service and support to our customers, while also achieving key performance indicators such as revenue targets and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage customer relationships and develop long-term strategies
  2. Process and manage orders, deliveries, and pricing calculations
  3. Forecast and manage customer demand
  4. Resolve customer disputes and manage arrears
  5. Manage inventory, revenue, and target goals
  6. Manage customer master data
