SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is CHF 60,000 - CHF 80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly analytical individual to support our project leader in Switzerland with daily tasks and ensure timely completion. The successful candidate will create and analyze monthly reports, prepare presentations for senior management, assign tasks to colleagues, and follow up on their completion.
- Support the project leader in Switzerland in their daily tasks and ensure timely completion
- Create and analyze monthly reports
- Prepare presentations for senior management
- Assign tasks to colleagues and follow-up on their completion
- Support in solving ad-hoc tasks
- Work with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and deployments are successful and stable
- Undertake system troubleshooting and issue investigation
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English, knowledge of German is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Powerpoint
- Flair for numbers
- Willingness to learn and independent working style
- Tech and programming skills (e.g. VBA) will be a strong asset
- Currently studying information systems, business information systems or a related field at a Swiss university
- Nice to have: Knowledge of SQL, Power Automate and database concepts
- Nice to have: Knowledge of Git workflows
