SpotMe is seeking an experienced QA & Release Management Lead to lead and grow a team of QA testers and automation engineers responsible for testing and quality assurance of our entire platform, including SpotMe Backstage content management system and end user-facing applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to plan and schedule product releases
- Develop and enhance testing processes to ensure high-quality platform and product releases
- Owning release management process and ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Improving QA processes to ensure stability and quality of product releases for over 2M+ users annually
- Using data to identify areas requiring additional testing or specific tests
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a QA engineer for a SaaS company with end-user-oriented applications on iOS, Android, and web platforms
- Experience in managing and scaling a multi-disciplined QA team
- Excellent knowledge of software lifecycle and release management
- UI test automation experience, both on the web and mobile, is a strong asset
- Demonstrated experience in testing methodologies and standard QA tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
