About Daedalean AG:
We are a Zürich-based startup that aims to revolutionize air travel by combining computer vision, deep learning, and robotics to develop full level-5 autonomy for flying vehicles.
Your Role:
To contribute to our mission, you will work with design teams to develop test programs, methods, and plans to verify individual components as well as full systems compliant to DO-254 standards.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, assembling, and debugging automated test fixtures to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Writing and debugging code for automated test fixtures to meet specific requirements.
- Executing test plans or ensuring their timely execution to meet project deadlines.
- Analyzing test results and authoring detailed design verification test reports to inform product development decisions.
- Collaborating with external labs to plan and execute DO-160G qualification tests to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Hands-on experience in electronics and electrical engineering.
- A strong academic record with an MS or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven ability to convert theoretical knowledge into practical solutions.
- A background in avionics is a plus but not required.
