About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Business Process Analyst. In this role, you will support our controlling process and collaborate closely with managers of Global R&D.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports controlling process for concerned service- and corporate entities
  • Collaborates closely with managers of Global R&D to achieve business objectives
  • Prepares budgets, monthly forecasts, and month-end closing, including financial statements and relevant KPIs
  • Creates transparency through meaningful management reporting and analysis
  • Controls cost centers, internal orders, and projects (WBS-elements)
  • Prepares yearly intercompany service charges based on internal guidelines during budget, forecast, and actual cycles
  • Responsible for regular updates of service level agreements (SLA)
  • Supports the establishment of regular functional reporting [by department] using QlikSense
  • Prepares consolidated reporting for Corporate & Services within SIG
  • Provides Ad Hoc Analysis and special tasks
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent, with specialization in finance and/or further education in controlling
  • Minimum 1-2 years' relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of finance and controlling processes
  • Excellent skills in Excel (intermediate level) and PowerPoint
  • IFRS accounting knowledge is an advantage
  • Fluent English, German (basic knowledge) is a plus
