Product Manager, Innovation and Creativity

At YouTube, we're looking for a talented Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you'll work closely with our creative engineers, designers, and marketers to develop innovative products that improve access to the world's information.
Responsibilities
Work with our Gen AI team to integrate AI as a creative partner for creators, providing inspiration and tools to help them produce their next viral video.
Ship features to make publishing content on YouTube a fast, effortless, and enjoyable experience, empowering creators to share their stories with the world.
Articulate a defined product vision that captures attention and compels others to drive action despite obstacles and competing priorities.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
1+ year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
Experience working with Gen AI systems and tools, and a proven ability to leverage these technologies effectively to enhance creativity and productivity.
Knowledge of the creative process, with an understanding of what it takes to produce high-quality videos and other engaging content.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, independently defining and evolving product requirements, collaborating with UX and engineering partners.
