SCOTT Sports SA, a leading international company in the sports industry, is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join its team in Givisiez, Switzerland.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, supporting and analyzing finance processes across various departments. This includes serving as a key user for SAP (S4/HANA) processes and systems in finance and controlling, as well as developing optimization concepts and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support finance processes, including project management and data analysis
  • Serve as a key user for SAP (S4/HANA) processes and systems in finance and controlling
  • Develop and implement optimization concepts and solutions
  • Organize and conduct user training sessions
  • Support international SAP/S4HANA rollouts and financial tool implementations

We offer a competitive salary of approximately CHF 80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Finance studies or equivalent education with relevant work experience in accounting and controlling
  • In-depth knowledge of finance processes and systems
  • Experience in project supervision and SAP implementation
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Excellent communication and interaction skills
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in German or French a plus
