Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our HR Employee Services Shared Services Department. As a key member of our team, you will engage with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure best-in-class payroll processing. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and ensuring timely delivery of salary payments and management of bank transfers
• Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for our Payroll provider and supporting on complex requests related to full payroll activities scope
• Managing sickness, accidents, and disability loss of income indemnities, following up with HR Business Partners and coordinating with internal and external insurance stakeholders
• Actively participating in continuous improvement activities, liaising with IT and other stakeholders to ensure implementation
• Taking responsibility for various monthly and yearly reconciliations related to HR accounts in collaboration with Accounting Team and tax authorities
• Ensuring accurate and timely completion of year-end activities, including salary certificates, provisional and final statements, annual statements related to taxes and cross-borders, etc.
• Maintaining compliance with Swiss cantonal and federal legislation, as well as internal company policies by applying proper adjustments to payroll processes and relevant documentation
• Using your ideas to run your own projects, exploring opportunities to enhance systems and processes
• Collaborating closely with the Accounting, Global Mobility, and Total Reward Teams to ensure seamless operations
• Providing reports and support for internal and external audits
