Key Responsibilities

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, ensuring efficient workflow and smooth service during lunch and dinner hours.
Cook wok dishes to perfection, independently preparing the full range of menu offerings with attention to detail and quality control.
Enforce freshness standards, monitoring inventory levels and ensuring prompt disposal of expired or spoiled ingredients.
Promote a safe working environment by adhering to HACCP hygiene principles and maintaining impeccable personal hygiene.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience cooking with gas woks; expertise in wok cooking techniques and preparation methods.
Proficiency in German or English for effective communication with colleagues and guests.
Demonstrate attention to detail, prioritizing efficiency, precision, and quality in all aspects of work.
Ability to learn and adapt to new procedures and recipes.
A keen sense of ingredient quality ensures freshness and flavor consistency in all dishes.
