**Company Overview:** Autoneum Canada Ltd., a leading manufacturer of acoustic and thermal insulation systems, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Equipment Specialist to join their team in London, ON.

**Job Description:** As a Mechanical Equipment Specialist, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment to maximize operating performance. This includes detecting and troubleshooting irregularities and malfunctions in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment and systems. You will also install, examine, replace, and repair various types of hydraulic and pneumatic devices, including valves, actuators, pumps, and mechanical drive assemblies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform basic administrative tasks, such as computer data entry and documentation of work performed by written and electronic methods
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, productivity, quality, customer service, cost reduction, and safety
  • Work collaboratively with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure effective and efficient maintenance operations

**Requirements:**

  • Ontario Industrial Millwright License
  • 3-5 years of experience working in an industrial setting
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with excellent technical troubleshooting abilities
  • Welding experience required
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Time management and prioritization skills with a sense of urgency when required
