Key Responsibilities
  • Client Fee Setup and Management: Set up, amend, and manage client fees exceptions based on requests from the Risk Management team.
  • Validation and Follow-up: Perform 4-eyes validation of requests performed by other team members and follow up on outstanding fee setups or requests.
  • Fee Exception Templates: Create and maintain fee exception templates to streamline the process.
  • Reporting and Billing: Manage and follow up on daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as well as quarterly billing tasks, including use cases and manual billing exceptions.
  • Accruals Calculation and Invoicing: Manage the accruals calculation, booking, and invoicing for externally booked clients.
  • Bank Repricing Initiatives: Participate in the bank's repricing initiatives and other projects impacting the Tariff team.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma in finance or a related field.
  • Language: Fluent in French and English.
  • Skills: Knowledgeable in finance, specifically on the trading and custody chains, with basic financial products knowledge required. At ease with numbers and Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel. Curious and detail-oriented.
