Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at SKAN AG. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and further developing our quality management system.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct internal audits, customer audits, and supplier audits to ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage deviation and change procedures, as well as Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP).
- Develop and implement quality concepts for SKAN products and services in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Provide training on quality standards and processes to ensure a high level of quality awareness throughout the organization.
Requirements
- Training as a quality and process manager with several years of professional experience in a QA/QC environment; or university degree in engineering or in the natural sciences with several years of professional experience in a QA/QC environment.
- Good knowledge of German, very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office is a prerequisite.
