  1. You are a skilled storyteller who can engage audiences with interesting facts and anecdotes.
  2. You possess excellent customer service skills and are committed to delivering exceptional experiences.
  3. You have a strong presence and can communicate effectively with groups.
  4. You are organized and able to manage large groups while maintaining a timely schedule.
  5. You can make sound decisions quickly and efficiently when faced with challenges.
  6. Must have some weekend availability.
  7. Must be punctual and have consistent availability.
  8. Must be at least 18 years old.
  9. Must have experience leading groups, guiding, teaching, or equivalent relevant experience.
  10. A background in tourism, biology, ecology, or Lucerne-specific history is highly desirable.
