Job DescriptionThis hybrid role requires working in the office at least one day per week. As a Senior Software Engineer II, you will lead the design and architecture of complex systems, ensuring scalability and reliability across multiple epics. You will drive cross-functional alignment between Product, UX, and Infrastructure teams, mentor engineers, introduce new technologies, and own incident response processes.
Responsibilities- Drive technical implementation and development, including driving cross-functional alignment and mentoring engineers.
- Lead implementation across multiple epics, coordinating features and ensuring consistency in refinement.
- Presentation of complex technical strategies to diverse stakeholder groups.
- Provide company-wide technical mentorship, guiding architectural decisions and technical direction.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 6-8 years of software engineering experience, with experience leading complex technical projects across teams.
- Deep understanding of scalability and performance optimization, as well as strong incident response and system reliability experience.
- Proven cross-functional leadership abilities and good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
