Role Summary:
We are looking for a skilled professional to join our Quality Unit Support team as a LIMS/SAP Systems Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing operational support, coordinating system projects and changes, and ensuring GMP compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users of the LIMS software application.
- Coordinate system changes and ensure proper implementation and communication.
- Develop functional specifications and test scripts for new functions and applications.
- Lead the further development and deployment of the new LIMS system.
- Support activities related to LIMS, such as DRs, CAPAs, CRs, INVs, and EICRs.
- Manage the lifecycle of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assist during external audits and inspections.
- Maintain local master data (e.g., groups, components, units).
Requirements:
- Laboratory assistant certification, BSc, or equivalent experience in life sciences and/or computer science (strong computer skills essential).
- Experience in a GMP-regulated environment and quality control.
- Proficiency in pharmaceutical/laboratory software, such as Documentum, LIMS, SAP, or TrackWise.
- Skilled in common software applications (MS Office) with a strong interest in computer-based systems.
- Knowledge of computerized system validation (CSV) is an advantage.
- Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
