Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Strategist to join our Technical Product Information department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for researching and structuring product knowledge and product data, building and supporting our documentation hub in India, and ensuring the quality assurance of our documentation content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and structure product knowledge and product data
  • Build and support the documentation hub in India
  • Serve as the first point of contact for writers and stakeholders
  • Ensure quality assurance through proofreading
  • Support internal and external editors
  • Write and update instruction and operating manuals
  • Collaborate in process optimization initiatives
  • Advise on documentation issues and implement legal and normative requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
  • Strong strategic skills with ability to implement and execute
  • Knowledge of content management systems (preferably Quanos ST4)
  • Solid industry and technological knowledge
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Basic knowledge in mechanical engineering
