International Support Staff Member

As a Global Administrative Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Market Access Division in the World Trade Organization. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.

You will be working closely with the Director, Divisional Coordinator and Senior staff to perform a range of tasks, including:

  • Secretarial duties such as formatting, proofreading and processing documents, correspondence and memoranda
  • Logistical support for meetings, including setting up virtual meetings
  • Managing office supplies and providing back-up support during absences of other support staff

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also be able to demonstrate initiative, judgment and strong teamwork skills.
